You’ve been waiting a while for a WordPress winter template this good. You’ve sat around wondering, “will anyone ever make one?”. Then you came here – to the WordPress theme wizards of Devlounge and discovered they had just the solution to your holiday theme blues.
Introducing Iceburgg.
What Is Iceburgg?
Iceburgg is the newest theme to join the our free public release series, now containing a strong collection of three freely available, quality WordPress themes.
See it now at Astereo and WordPress Themes
The idea for Iceburgg was propped up because of the lack “winter” themes I seemed to notice around the wordpress community. The winter themes I had seen always seemed to be focused on one particular holiday, for example Christmas, and were never just generalized for the winter season.

So then simply fooling around in Photoshop one day led to the creation of a header, which I used as the center piece to the design that was eventually turned into the theme we know call Iceburgg.
Features
Iceburgg is full of whites and blues, like winter itself. The theme has been crafted to meet our usual valid xhtml and css standards, and we’ve cleaned up the code as much as possible to make it the easiest we can for you to make your own edits and modifications.
The theme itself is one column, splitting into three columns right before the footer with Categories, Search, and a customizable About section.
But why keep talking about it when you can look it over for yourself.
Download Now
You can grab Iceburgg for yourself simply by downloading the zip listed below and uploading it to your wordpress themes folder like every other theme. If all this technical mumbo-jumbo confuses you, have a look at the readme file included with the download for some step by step installation, customization tips, and links to various wordpress resources here at Devlounge.
But I Use WordPress.com for my blog…
Iceburgg has been setup on WordPress.com and widgetized! You can select it from the presentation menu on your WordPress.com hosted blog. Please leave feedback here, not on the WP.com post announcing the launch, because feedback helps us make our themes better.
Support Our Work
